Pola Komunikasi Guru Agama dalam Pembinaan Akhlak pada Siswa

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are many news reports about high school (SMA/SMK) students circulating that are less encouraging to the public, such as frequent fights between students, pornography deviations, bullying cases, immoral acts, and even drug cases. This study uses communication and learning pattern theory, which includes the understanding of communication patterns, communication elements, communication models, education as synonymous with communication, character building, and ethics. The research method used is qualitative, while the data sources in this study are divided into two: primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis procedure includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis results, it is known that the teaching and learning process applied by Islamic religious teachers in delivering material or messages can be considered quite good. This is because the material to be delivered is already planned or designed, commonly referred to as an RPP (Lesson Plan). In other aspects, communication is considered good when a teacher and students establish a common understanding and meaning. Efficiency is indicated in the learning process or practice when some students do not understand, due to their lack of understanding of the basics of the ongoing material. Therefore, the religious teacher instructs students who already understand to explain to those who do not. This makes the teaching and learning process more efficient.
