Metode Sejarah Lisan dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah

Abstract

This study aims to discuss how oral history methods are applied in learning the history of Islamic power in Madrasa Tsanawiyah Darul Iman West Bandung. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The formal object of this research is the oral history method, while the material object is the learning of Islamic cultural history in the Darul Iman tsanawiyah madrasah. The results of this study discuss the oral history method, the profile of Mts Darul Iman and how the method is applied in history learning there. The conclusion of this study shows thatoral history methods are applied at Mts Darul Iman as an alternative method to anticipate student saturation in studying history sourced from texts. This method is applied by means of students being given a study tour to cultural and historical sites to ask resource persons related to local history directly.
