This research aims to examine the influence of human resources in forming an Islamic work culture in the world of trade services, especially retail stores. Through analysis of work ethics, community involvement, customer service, conflict management, and employee spiritual awareness, this research found that the application of Islamic values in the work environment significantly improves service quality and customer satisfaction. Employees who adhere to Islamic principles such as honesty, integrity, compassion and justice demonstrate better work performance and build harmonious relationships with both colleagues and customers. Additionally, high spiritual awareness encourages employees to view work as a form of worship, which increases their dedication and commitment to duties and responsibilities. These findings indicate that an Islamic work culture not only improves the service quality and reputation of retail stores, but also contributes to social well-being and a positive work ethic in the context of modern commerce.
